This will be the first time the 79th has attended this event. Bentonville is about 40 minutes below Raleigh, NC. Bentonville was one of the last battles of the war, and Gen. Joseph E. Johnston surrendered shortly after. This is the 145th Anniversary. Registration: $ 8.00 per individual (military or civilian) until January 1, 2010. - $10.00 per individual (military or civilian) from January 2 through February 28, 2010.
